Return and Refund Policy

At Xander Wanders, we strive to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear refund and return policy. Please review the following terms:

1. Returns and Exchanges

  • Return/Exchange Period: We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges: To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us immediately within 3 days for a return or exchange. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for Returns: Refunds will be issued for products returned due to defects or damage. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note, refunds will only be processed through the Cash on Delivery (COD) method and cannot be provided via any other payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Items: We do not offer refunds for items that are returned outside the 3-day return window or for products that are used, worn, or not in resalable condition.

3. How to Return or Exchange an Item

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method, refunds for COD orders will be processed as a store credit or through the delivery of an exchange product. We do not offer other payment methods, so we cannot issue refunds directly to bank accounts or online payment systems.
  • Please ensure that you have the correct cash amount ready for payment at the time of delivery.

5. Warranty

  • We provide a limited warranty on select products against manufacturing defects for a period of [Insert Warranty Period, e.g., 6 months] from the date of purchase.
  • This warranty covers repairs or replacements of faulty products due to manufacturer defects. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or wear and tear.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to any other reason (e.g., incorrect order placed by the customer), the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

  • Products without original packaging or labels will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
